Phat Feathers is dedicated to our customer service and providing the most positive shopping experience for all of our customers.  If, for any reason, you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact info@phatfeathers.com within 14 days of receipt to request a return. If a refund is approved, then it will be processed and the credit automatically applied to your original method of payment. 

We deal with returns on a case-by-case basis and as a general rule, do not offer refunds on earrings or septums due to hygiene reasons.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

Discounted, commissioned or customized items are final sale and not eligible for return. 

Full priced items in original condition are returnable for refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt. 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable). 

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error are not eligible for return

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.  All refunds must be received within 21days of purchase.

We recommend using an an insured method of shipment when making your return as Phat Feathers is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. If a returned item is shipped international, please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS', to avoid any Customs charges. Phat Feathers is NOT responsible for any return Customs charges made. Any charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Policy

All dispatchments will be made within 24-72 hours after receiving payment. You should receive your order within 7-10 working days from cleared payment but international orders can take up to 21 days to arrive. 

All items shipped within the UK are TRACKED for both buyer and seller protection.

International customers have two options; either royal airmail which is NOT tracked takes between 5-10 working days or longer or you can opt for TRACKED mail, approximately 5 working days. We recommend you order TRACKED mail at checkout if you want to track and trace the item until arrival. 

Phat Feathers cannot be liable for items that fail to arrive if they have not been tracked. Once it leaves the U.K we are unable to know what has happened (if it has not been tracked) and have been victim to too many scams whereby customers pretend that the items have not arrived in order to receive a full refund or replacement item.

Import duties, taxes, and charges (typically collected upon delivery or pickup) are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the item price or shipping charges. Please check with your country's customs office prior to bidding/buying to determine what these additional costs will be.

All items are packaged in either a gift box or gift bag and posted in a protective, padded envelope.
